This year, the EXIT festival takes place in particular circumstances, which, as announced, will reflect on the conditions of entry to the festival and the duration of the procedure, all to create the safest conditions possible within the festival space.
The Crisis Response Team of the Republic of Serbia has provided us with written consent for the organization of the festival, given the implementation of a security protocol based on a series of scientific research across Europe, which we will present in detail here so that our festival can be one of the safest meeting places in Serbia.
First of all, we would like to emphasize that WE NEED YOUR HELP and cooperation to avoid crowds and for everyone to enter the festival on time. We are hugely privileged to have the rare opportunity to come together again at the festival we love most, and that is why each of us should do everything in our power to make this year’s complex entry procedure as straightforward as possible.
We have done everything in our power, providing free tests for ticket holders and additional voucher exchange points. The rules stated here have been approved by the Crisis Response Team and are the only way for us to be together again, safe, at our Fortress from 8th to 11th July, and we ask all visitors to read them and adhere to them in detail.
We especially emphasize that the entire process of exchanging vouchers for festival bracelets will be significantly longer compared to previous years, involving more checks and tests than before, which is why everyone should EXCHANGE THEIR VOUCHERS FROM MONDAY 5th July to WEDNESDAY 7th JULY. Unfortunately, neglecting the processes, conditions, and deadlines listed here can lead to massive crowds and the festival becoming impossible to enter for many visitors.
IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL BEFORE THE CLOSING OF THE GATES ON THURSDAY 8TH JULY TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT EXCHANGE THEIR VOUCHER BY 8:00 PM ON THAT DAY.

Where is the free testing performed, and how can I access it?
All holders of four-day and one-day tickets from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia have the right to free rapid antigen testing, while other foreign citizens are expected to have a negative PCR test that they used to enter Serbia.
To access the test, you need to have a valid four-day voucher or one-day ticket and an identity document. Testing is conducted in Hall 1 of the Novi Sad Fair from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th July from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Which laboratories have been authorized, where are they located, and how much does an antigen test cost?
FREE TESTING AT THE NOVI SAD FAIR IS VALID ONLY FOR TICKET HOLDERS AND ACCREDITED FORTRESS/EXIT EMPLOYEES. VISITORS WITH INVITATIONS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO FREE TESTING. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A DIGITAL GREEN CERTIFICATE, THEY CAN PERFORM THEIR TESTS IN AUTHORIZED LABORATORIES FOR 900 RSD IN AQUALAB OR 1500 RSD IN MEDLAB.

The four-day voucher needs to be exchanged for a festival bracelet. This year, there is an additional condition for the exchange, which is that the visitor meets one of the following conditions:
- They have been immunized against COVID-19 by means of vaccination or by having had the virus (in accordance with health regulations in the Republic of Serbia) or,
- They have undergone a rapid antigen test immediately preceding the exchange.
Exchange options:
1. If you have been immunized in one of the two ways mentioned above, you need to request the issuance of the Digital Green Certificate via the eUprava portal. If the status of your Digital Green Certificate is “green” (it contains information about you having had the disease at least two weeks and at most six months before, information about vaccination with the Astra Zeneca vaccine or revaccination with any of the other vaccines), you meet the immunization requirements and can exchange your voucher for a festival bracelet. It would be best to print out the Digital Green Certificate (for the verification procedure to go faster) and show it at an exchange location along with an identification document.

Gracias al exitoso programa de vacunación masiva y al número significativamente reducido de nuevos casos de Covid, el gobierno de Serbia y el Equipo de Respuesta a Crisis anunciaron planes para que el país reabra completamente y vuelva a la normalidad antes del 21 de junio.
El equipo de EXIT seguirá de cerca la situación actual de la pandemia, siempre teniendo en cuenta la seguridad y salud de todos los visitantes, artistas y miembros del equipo, que es primordial. El evento se organizará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Coordinación Nacional de Salud en Serbia, siguiendo todas las pautas de salud y gubernamentales. Estamos más que seguros de nuestras fechas actuales, por lo que el festival tendrá lugar entre el 8 y el 11 de julio de 2021. En el improbable caso de tener que posponer el evento debido a un cambio repentino de la situación de Covid en toda Europa, ofreceremos otras alternativas.
Medidas de Seguridad y Salud en el festival
Todas las medidas de salud y seguridad, tanto para ingresar al festival como para permanecer dentro del recinto del festival, serán definidas por el Gobierno de la República de Serbia y el Equipo de Respuesta a Crisis. Nuestra tarea será implementar plenamente las medidas prescritas y hacer que nuestro festival sea 100% seguro.

Condiciones para entrar a Serbia
Las condiciones para ingresar a Serbia se dividen en tres grupos y dependiendo del país de donde vengas, pueden ser:

Opciones de entradas
Tu entrada seguirá siendo válida incluso en el improbable caso de tener que cambiar la fecha de nuestro evento. En caso de que la nueva fecha no sea viable para ti por algún motivo, podrás elegir entre 2 opciones:

MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
¿Qué medidas de seguridad se tomarán durante el festival?
Todas las medidas de protección dentro del recinto del festival serán definidas por el Gobierno de la República de Serbia y el Equipo de Respuesta a Crisis, y nuestra tarea será implementarlas por completo para que el festival sea 100% seguro para visitantes, contratistas y personal.
Todas las medidas prescritas se presentarán en detalle al acercarnos a la fecha del festival y estarán disponibles dentro de esta sección de Información de COVID en la web oficial del festival EXIT.
EXIT, junto con otros importantes festivales serbios, ha desarrollado un protocolo acorde con los últimos estudios científicos realizados en varios eventos de prueba europeos que han demostrado que en caso de restricciones de admisión a conciertos y festivales a los ya vacunados, que hayan convalecido ya el Covid-19 , o que muestren un resultado negativo en la prueba de Covid, el riesgo de propagar la infección sea casi insignificante. El protocolo, con la opinión positiva del Instituto de Salud Pública de Belgrado y epidemiólogos involucrados en el trabajo del Equipo de Respuesta a Crisis en nombre de la ciudad de Belgrado y Novi Sad, fue presentado al Gobierno de Serbia para su aprobación. Este documento hará que los festivales y conciertos sean los lugares más seguros de Serbia, mucho más seguros que otros lugares de reunión que no precisan de estas restricciones.
¿Existen medidas especiales para aquellos visitantes procedentes fuera de Serbia?
La diferencia entre los visitantes de Serbia y del extranjero es que los visitantes extranjeros primero pasan el control fronterizo, un punto de control adicional a los visitantes locales. En cuanto a su entrada al festival, se aplicarán las mismas medidas que para los visitantes nacionales.
¿Será posible ingresar al festival con el mismo test negativo utilizado para cruzar la frontera serbia, o será necesaria otra evaluación en la entrada y hay que presentar otro test negativo para acceder al festival?
El Gobierno de la República de Serbia y el Equipo de Respuesta a Crisis anunciarán las medidas necesarias para ingresar al festival. Dentro de estas medidas se especificarán todos los detalles sobre dichos controles.
¿El festival ayudará a realizarme una prueba PCR a precio reducido antes de regresar a mi país de origen? En caso afirmativo, ¿cuál será el precio?

¿Qué sucedería si me quedo retenido en Serbia por dar positivo en el test? ¿El festival podrá ayudarme de alguna manera?

¿Qué sucede si ya he comprado mi entrada para la edición 2020 de EXIT?
Todas las entradas EXIT 2020 son automáticamente válidas para el festival 2021 (a menos que fuesen reembolsadas).
En caso de el evento se pospusiese y yo no pueda asistir, ¿cómo puedo solicitar el reembolso?
Podrás solicitar un reembolso del valor nominal de tus entradas directamente desde la tienda dónde los compraste. Ten en cuenta que solo aceptamos reclamaciones de reembolso con el razonamiento adecuado. Toda la información sobre el procedimiento de reembolso se anunciará más adelante.
¿Recibiría un reembolso completo de mis entradas?
Se reembolsará el valor nominal de tus entradas (excluyendo los gastos de gestión).
¿Qué sucede si no puedo asistir al evento por motivos epidémicos?
Si no puedes asistir al evento de este año debido a razones epidémicas (consulta la definición exacta más abajo), tienes la posibilidad de cambiar tu(s) entrada(s) por entradas(s) para la edición 2022 de EXIT. Esto incluye todos los resguardos (entrada, abono, camping, cajas de seguridad). Este intercambio de resguardos solo será posible hasta el 1 de julio de 2021 a más tardar, mediante una solicitud oficial enviada a tu distribuidor de entradas (incluido un razonamiento claro). El proveedor te informará sobre la decisión en los siguientes 5 días posteriores a la recepción de tu solicitud.
Definición de «motivos epidémicos»:
– la frontera entre tu país y Serbia está cerrada
– viajar a Serbia conllevaría pasar una cuarentena al momento de regresar a tu país de origen (incluso si realizas un test PCR)
– viajar a Serbia por motivos turísticos resultaría en una sanción financiera al momento de regresar a tu país de origen (incluso si realizas un test PCR)
– has dado positivo en el test justo antes de ingresar a Serbia y no puedes ingresar al país
TEN EN CUENTA: la realización de un test de Covid para ingresar a Serbia (o regresar a tu país de origen) en sí mismo NO se considera como una «razón epidémica».
¿Puedo vender mi entrada?
Está prohibida la reventa de cualquier entrada comprada a través de nuestro sitio web, solo el titular designado de la entrada podrá canjearla. Las entradas que se encuentren en posesión de cualquier otra persona que no sea el titular de las mismas se anularán sin posibilidad de reembolso.
Gané una entrada como premio a través de un concurso. ¿Qué tengo que hacer?
Si ganaste una entrada a través de una concurso o en un evento en 2020, no podrás solicitar un reembolso, pero sí podrás cambiar cambiarla por una entrada a EXIT 2021.
