Wenti Wadada Positive Reggae powered by NOIZZ, the spiritual heart of the EXIT Festival and the best place to chill out with your friends, will open its door to the most passionate reggae fans on July 12th at the good old location on the Petrovaradin Fortress. The place for all lovers of a good vibe, relaxed atmosphere and the spirit of Jamaican music, the Reggae Stage will gather a lineup of great musicians who will provide a full summer experience to the visitors with their interesting and out-of-the-ordinary performances and the melodic and hot ska, roots reggae, dancehall and reggae styles.
A part of the festival that is fragrant with the feeling of peace and liberty, Wenti Wadada Positive Reggae powered by NOIZZ, will be represented by some great local and world names, lead by Steppa Style, Deo Favente, Deadly Hunta and Fyah Sis. The four days of the festival will see Couple Up, Selecta Irie Vibes, Selecta MIK, Dada Selectah, Bush Mad Squad, King Calypso, Eisclub Berlin, Ital Vision, Jahmessenjah Sound Syestem, Herbal Queen, Zguubi Dan, Skadam, Gigatron Selecta, Shuba Ranks and Little Shuja. The dance group Ana Vujkov Zumba will perform every day at this stage.
Wenti Wadada was often described as the veteran of the music industry, leaving his homeland of Jamaica for London, then USA and Canada, spending the last few years of his life in Novi Sad as the hearty host of Exit’s Reggae stage. He left a huge mark on the world reggae scene through his work and efforts. Everything he did, he did with an easiness and a smile, lighting the way for the generations to come. He claimed that this stage promotes good vibrations, good mood, love and respect, which is why it proudly bears his name today.
