Exit and Sea Dance are once again nominated for the Best European Festival titles, and shortly before the end of the voting on 12 November, the official Adventure Aftermovie had been released, showing some of the best details from this year’s EXIT Adventure!
The second EXIT Adventure in a row has attracted a record visit in this decade as well as a record visit per festival day, while 300.000 people have walked through the festival gates from Petrovaradin to Jaz, setting the bar even higher for the third edition of the biggest festival summer in Europe! This year’s EXIT Adventure will also be remembered by performers’ impressions as well as numerous people in the audience who witnessed not only the best concert or festival, but some of the best moments in life! Together with fans from 60 countries from all continents, EXIT’s 15th birthday was celebrated at the Fortress together with Emeli Sande, Manu Chao, Faithless, Motorhead, John Newman, Hardwell, Tom Odell, Martin Garrix, Clean Bandit, Capital Cities, Napalm Death, Milky Chance, Leftfield, Fear Factory, Tale of Us, Chris Liebing, Adam Beyer, Eagles of Death Metal, Just Blaze, Zomboy, Dirtyphonics, Roni Size Reprazent, Goldie, Dixon, Hladno pivo, Zoster, Artan Lili, Ničim Izazvan and many others. The celebration then moved to the Best Medium-Sized European Festival, the Sea Dance Festival, located at Jaz, the Best beach in Europe according to Lonely Planet. The fun went on for four days and nights with selected names including The Prodigy, Roisin Murphy, Rudimental, Sigma, Wilkinson, Noisia, Gramatik, Dubioza kolektiv, Bondax, James Zabiela, Who See, Flight Facilities, Odesza, Modestep, Soul Clap, Kim Ann Foxman and others.
2013’s winner, Exit Festival, has been nominated for the “Best European Festival“ award seventh time in a row, whereas Sea Dance Festival defends last year’s “Best Medium-Sized European Festival“ award, which goes to festivals that attract up to 40.000 visitors per day.
