During the conference, Dragi Andonov, frontman of the trap group Dizivija, also expressed his immense satisfaction with the continuation of this project for the third year in a row. This now traditional one-day music spectacle, much to the delight of organizers, performers, and audiences alike, has proven to be incredibly fertile ground for creating one of the highest-quality music festivals in the Southern Balkans.
In just three weeks, Strumica will host some of the biggest names on the global and regional music scene, as well as renowned local artists in a variety of genres. On Friday, September 6, the stage will be taken over by hitmakers boasting billions of views, Meduza, creators of the globally famous club anthem “The Mirage,” Agents of Time, afro-house diva Layla Benitez, the queen of the Balkan scene Senidah, as well as local performers 2Bona, Young Dadi, Zee, Matej Foltz, DJ Popeye, and Divizija.
“The Get EXITed festival quickly established itself as one of the most anticipated events of the year, showcasing global and regional stars, contributing to an unforgettable experience under the Strumica sky. The success of this festival is a testament to the true brotherly cooperation between the neighboring countries of Serbia and North Macedonia, as well as the dedication and commitment of all parties involved – from the organizers to the artists and, of course, the enthusiastic audience. Strumica continues to demonstrate the qualities of a regional center – a host of world-class events, and this year’s edition of the festival, which is becoming a tradition, will only further confirm that,” said Strumica Mayor Konstantin Kostadinov.

The bond EXIT has built with North Macedonia over almost a quarter of a century is unbreakable, and Get EXITed is just another way to strengthen that connection. Besides featuring globally renowned names, this festival allows local artists like me to present their music and talent to a broader audience. At the same time, by bringing the global scene closer and providing the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with seasoned musicians and artists, Get EXITed encourages us to be more creative and innovative and to bring something fresh and unique to our stages.”
The one-day Get EXITed festival has so far featured top artists from the global and regional scenes, such as John Newman, Burak Yeter, Deborah De Luca, Mahmut Orhan, Konstrakta, Van Gogh, Lanna, and many others, drawing more than 20,000 dancing fans to each event. This year’s edition, with stellar performers like Agents Of Time, Meduza, Layla Benitez, Senidah, 2Bona, Young Dadi, Zee, Matej Foltz, DJ Popeye, and Divizija, promises a spectacular open-air party catering to every musical taste!
