With more than two decades of experience in the music industry, she has organised events and festivals worldwide for some of the biggest brands and organisations, including Renaissance, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Pacha, UKF and many others.
Jenni Cochrane, born and raised in Glasgow, is the CEO and founder of the consulting company Work Inspired and the non-profit focusing on mental health and well-being Getahead. As of this year, she is employed as a talent booker within the EXIT Festival.
Before starting her work in the mental health field, she worked in the live-event sector in Ibiza from the age of 17, during her studies in textile and fashion design. After university, she chose music and events as her profession, and she has been working in the field for more than 20 years. She has organised leading events and festivals, including the aforementioned Renaissance, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Pacha and UKF.
She started Getahead, a mental health and well-being festival in London, in 2018 while still working as the Director of Culture and Partnership at the AEI Group. In partnership with London Tech Week and with the support of the charity Help Musicians, the festival also became a platform for her to launch a record label and a podcast series. She still collaborates with large music organisations as a consultant.
