Last night, the EXIT Festival gates opened for the 24th time. During the special Day 0 at the Tesla Universe stage, Whyte Fang, Teya Dora, Luke Black, and Keni Nije Mrtav got the crowd dancing, while tonight, over 40 stages and zones will light up!
“We’re here to awaken our superpowers and change the world!” declared leading global speakers at the grand opening ceremony of the 24th EXIT Festival, led by Wim Hof, the man who tamed the cold and harnessed it for his mental and physical health. He was joined by Oren Harris, Henry Ammar, and Stefanos Sifandos. The enchanting Lava performed “Starseed,” a song composed for EXIT’s birthday, and the ceremony was enriched by the unique project Music of Hope, a distinctive program in Serbia developed in partnership with the famous El Sistema movement, recognized by UNESCO as the world’s best socially inclusive program.
“Best concert ever, best audience! We’ve never taken a photo at a concert, but here we have to – KNEEL BEFORE EXIT!” exclaimed Eurovision audience favorite Baby Lasagna, causing unprecedented euphoria among the crowd at the Tesla Universe stage! Leading new-gen artist, Iniko wowed fans with phenomenal vocals and an unforgettable performance, while Teya Dora, Luke Black, and Keni Nije Mrtav set a fantastic prelude! The audience was kept energized deep into the night by Burak Yeter and Dimash, along with an audio-visual performance brought to the main stage by Whyte Fang!
Day 0 of the EXIT Festival, dedicated to the birthday of our greatest inventor, Nikola Tesla, offered just a glimpse of what’s to come in the days ahead. Tonight, the Tesla Universe stage will host trap pioneer Gucci Mane, unique artist Oliver Tree, the energetic ensemble Rudimental, and Australian music visionary Dub Fx! The mts Dance Arena will eagerly await the greatest of the great, synonymous with the DJ profession – Carl Cox, with the morning at EXIT’s temple of electronic music reserved for Sama’ Abdulhadi and KlangKuenstler!
In the coming days, the EXIT Starseeds will welcome legendary hip-hop and pop group Black Eyed Peas, Rage Against The Machine co-founder Tom Morello, the Cavalera brothers, Bonobo, Black Coffee, Maceo Plex, Sara Landry, Sama’ Abdulhadi, John Newman DJ Hybrid live, Steve Angelo, Altin Gün, Azahriah, Ofenbach and many others.
