1. What is a Festival Payment Card?
The Festival Payment Card* is the official and only means of payment for drinks, food, and other products at EXIT Festival.
*The card cannot be used for payments at POS terminals and cash withdrawals at ATMs
2. How to pay at the Festival and where?
Payments for drinks, food, and souvenirs at EXIT Festival and in the camp is made via payment cards. When making a purchase, it is enough to touch the card to a well-marked place on the machine, and the amount paid for drinks, food or souvenirs will be automatically deducted from the card!
3. Where can I get the card and how much does it cost?
The payment card will be available at all top-up points at the Festival and in the camp (only for visitors staying in the camp). When picking up the card, you need to pay a deposit in the amount of RSD 150, which will be returned to you when the money is refunded at the end of the Festival. All users who are entitled to a 7,5% discount on drink prices will not be eligible for deposit refund*.

4. How can I get a discount on the prices of drinks at the Festival?
Visa payment card users – if you top up your Festival payment card with your Visa payment card at top-up points at the Festival, you are automatically entitled to a 7,5% discount on drinks at the Festival*.

5. How can I check my card balance?
At any time, you can easily check the available balance by touching the card reader with your Festival payment card.
6. How much money can I deposit on the card?
The card is topped up with credit in the desired amount. The minimum amount for the first payment is 500 RSD and the maximum amount is 30,000 RSD for the account on the payment card. When making a payment, the amount must be rounded up in the form of payments of 100 RSD, 500 RSD, 1000 RSD, etc… Amounts in the form of payments of 150 RSD, 550 RSD and 1,350 RSD are not possible.
7. Do I need to make payments to the payment card in cash or can I do it using my own debit/credit payment card?
At all top-up places at the Festival, you can pay into the Festival card in both ways, whichever suits you better. When making a payment to a Festival payment card, Visa payment card users are automatically entitled to a 7,5% discount on drinks at the Festival.*

8. Can I get a refund for unused balance on the card?
Certainly. It is possible to recover unspent funds at any time at the cash desks responsible for this (marked with “refund”). It is necessary that the refund be made at the Festival, as subsequent refunds will not be possible! Locations of payment places: Top-up places in the festival camp, Trag, Foodland, Reggae Stage and near the Academy of Arts. For a refund, a personal ID document is required – an identity card or passport.
*Note: Users who have acquired the right to receive the 7,5% discounts for drinks during the Festival are not entitled to a deposit refund.
9. Is there a limit to the amount that can be refunded?
No. The entire amount remaining on the Festival payment card can be refunded, using a personal an ID.
10. Can the Festival payment card from the EXIT Festival be used in Montenegro, at the Sea Dance Festival?
Payments using a Festival card will be the official payment system at the Sea Dance festival as well. However, since two different countries and currencies are involved, the Festival card from the EXIT Festival cannot be used at the Sea Dance Festival.
11. Can I use the payment cards from previous years for payment?
You need to get a new Festival payment card.
12. Can persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Serbia register for the card?
All Visa debit/credit card users can register, regardless of nationality.
13. I registered last year, does that mean I am automatically registered this year as well?
Due to different systems, you need to register again this year, in order to get a discount on drinks at the Festival, as well as to be able to block and replace a lost card.
14. What should I do if I lose my card?
If you have previously registered with a Visa card, you have the option to block your lost card if you have saved the deposit payment receipt. You need to come to the top-up place with your personal ID document, the lost card will be blocked, and you will be issued a new card with the remaining amount on the next festival day. You need to contact the help desk (top-up point on Foodland) so that the funds from the lost card could be transferred to a new card. After that, try not to lose the newly issued card.
