At this year’s EXIT Festival we will have an opportunity to present one of the most attractive festivals in Novi Sad – “Dani Brazila – Novi Sad Samba Carnival”!
Samba percussion, samba dancing and Capoeira workshops, which are an essential part of “Dani Brazila”, will be presented every day during the Exit festival.
Since the upcoming Olympic Games are being held in Rio de Janeiro, “Dani Brazila” will give an Olympic track to our Olympians and everyone else who have Serbia in their heart. The curiosity in the creation of this song is that typical Brazilian percussion instruments are played by the members of the samba school “Sambansa” from Novi Sad, and the trumpeters are the members of the “Go East orchestra” from Rio de Janeiro. Lyrics and interpretation is performed by Killo Killo from Novi Sad.
“Dani Brazila- Novi Sad Samba Carnival” is an international festival which connects the fans of Brazilian culture, arts and sports from around the world for 7 years in a row, and transforms Novi Sad into a carnival capital.
This year the festival will be held from 12th to 14th of August in the most attractive locations of Novi Sad – Petrovaradin Fortress, Strand beach and Liberty Square.
