His track “Feel the Love,“ in collaboration with the renowned Rudimental back in 2012, signaled the rise of a new global music sensation. Today, Newman’s portfolio includes mega-hits like “Blame“ (feat. Calvin Harris), “Love Me Again,“ “Cheating,“ “If You Really Love Me“ (feat. David Guetta), and the recent banger “Call Your Name“ (feat. Alesso) among others.
Exceptional Turkish producer and DJ Burak Yeter consistently dazzles audiences with his musical prowess and enchanting energy, as evidenced by his outstanding performance at this year’s EXIT festival. His tracks “Friday Night,“ “Oh My My,“ “Crash,“ and “Happy“ have taken the world by storm, while the fan-favorite “Tuesday“ has received platinum certifications in multiple countries. Also headlining Get EXITed extravaganza is the much sought-after regional artist Konstrakta. Her song “In Corpore Sano“ has captivated audiences across Europe and beyond. While she’s been in the music scene for two decades as a vocalist for the band Zemlja Gruva, Konstrakta skyrocketed to regional stardom almost overnight. She became a sensation on social media and, soon after, the first Serbian headliner at EXIT festival. Her previous track, “Triptih,“ delighted fans, and this year, she followed it up with another musical triple treat, “Evo, obećavam,“ solidifying her unique musical and visual artistry!
The rock legends of the regional scene, Van Gogh, with a career spanning over three decades, ten incredible studio albums, and two regional MTV Awards, will spearhead the guitar side of the event. Their timeless hits include “Neko te ima,“ “Ludo, luda,“ “Skačem, skači,“ “Za godine tvoje,“ “Klatno,“ “Anđele moj brate,“ as well as “Emotivno miniran“ and other tracks from their latest 2019 LP “More bez obala.“
Adding to this fantastic regional lineup is Strumica’s very own Džambo Aguševi Orchestra, hailed as one of the best brass bands in the Balkans. Additionally, young talents in the electronic music domain, Lanna from Novi Sad, one of the most promising rising stars of the electronic scene, and Macedonian melodic techno duo The Geors, are set to perform.
The second edition of Strumica’s Get EXITed, set for Thursday, September 7, promises an eclectic musical evening open to everyone.
