Is there an age limit for entering the festival?
No, there is no age limit for entering the festival, however, there are some restrictions. Children under the age of 17 may only enter EXIT if accompanied by an adult (over 18).
Do the children pay for a festival ticket?
Children under the age of 7 (and 7) may visit EXIT free of charge.
Where can I buy a festival ticket?
Tickets for the festival are sold only through our official website and our official ticketing retailers network. Tickets bought from unauthorized agents are not valid and admission will not be granted to the festival.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket to the event?
Your e-ticket (except for pkpass format) is only valid if printed.
I bought a discounted ticket from EXIT's Romanian, Hungarian, Croatian, Bosnian, Macedonian, Slovenian, Montenegrin or Bulgarian retailer, but I'm not a citizen of those countries. Can I enter with that ticket?
No, our regional discounted tickets only grant access to the festival to the citizens of these countries or students on the exchange programmes if they have residence permit in the aforementioned countries.
Festival access - can I have multiple entries with my festival wristband?
No, festival wristband allows you one entry per festival day.
Can I give my wristband to a friend?
No. Festival wristbands are non-transferable. Damaged wristbands will be considered invalid. EXIT will not replace damaged or lost wristbands. EXIT will initiate proceedings against anyone forging tickets or participating in ticket forgery.
What I cannot bring into the festival ground?
In order to secure the safety at the festival ground, bringing the following items is not allowed: narcotics, pyrotechnic devices, glass objects, umbrellas, objects or tools containing explosive, poisonous or flammable materials, firearms, knives with a blade longer than 8 cm, butterfly knives, switchblades, gas sprays, expandable batons, metal chains over 50 cm in length, throwing stars, slingshots and other items posing a special threat to public safety.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food and alcoholic beverages into the festival ground.
Is the Fortress accessible for people with disabilities?
People with disabilities are welcome to visit the Festival, however it is still our responsibility to address certain risks.
The Fortress’ terrain is very hard to walk around and it can cause difficulties when moving between stages and accessing certain areas of the festival.
If a person requires personal assistance, a personal assistant has a right to a free entrance.
Where can I see the festival timeline?
Festival timeline will be published on the official website shortly before the festival.
What is the refund policy?
EXIT excludes the exchange, replacement or refund of the Tickets, or the reimbursement of their purchase value, except in special cases, determined case by case.

How do I get to Novi Sad?
The closest airport to the EXIT festival (Novi Sad, Serbia) is the Belgrade airport “Nikola Tesla”, 80 km or 1-1.5 hours away and is well served with international and domestic flights. Another good solution is the Budapest airport in Hungary. Only 286 km from Novi Sad (4-5 hours ride with our official shuttles), Budapest airport has a good deal of low-cost flights every day.
Is there an official transfer from/to the nearby airports?
Yes! To/from surrounding airports, you can get an official EXIT coach to Novi Sad. For more info check exittrip.org
Is there a festival campsite?
EXIT Festival’s campsite is located at a beautiful beach next to river Danube and it’s 2.5 km from the festival entrance (approx. 30-40 minute walk). For more info on accomodation options at the campsite check exitfest.org/en/tickets.
What are the other accommodation options?
EXIT offers a variety of accommodation options, from hostels to hotels, all sold through the official tourist agency of the festival – EXIT Trip. EXIT Trip is also cooperating with booking.com providing other accommodation options in Novi Sad and nearby cities.
