Within the same platform, EXIT now announces the launch of its record label – EXIT Soundscape. The label’s inaugural release, slated for September 1, is “Universe” by Space Motion, one of the top global producers who secured an impressive #2 spot on Beatport’s Best Melodic Techno Artists list last year. This collaboration signifies yet another partnership between leading local brands. Through this venture, EXIT underscores its commitment to championing not just up-and-coming talents but the region’s finest artists in the global music arena.
Space Motion’s latest track, “Universe,” is the result of his partnership with the US artist JES. Given that it is EXIT Soundscape’s debut release, the track is aptly named since “Universe” was the theme for this year’s EXIT Festival, and the music video for the song was filmed at EXIT’s famed mts Dance Arena. Additionally, Space Motion will be featured on the “ASOT” (A State of Trance) podcast hosted by Armin van Buuren on August 17 at 8 p.m. During this appearance, Space Motion will discuss “Universe” and its release, and premiere the track, which will then be broadcasted on Armin van Buuren’s YouTube channel, as well as A State of Trance’s YouTube channel, with pre-save links available on Spotify and Apple Music via this link. The trance superstar JES, collaborating with Space Motion for this release, has previously worked with iconic names in the electronic music scene, such as Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Gabriel & Dresden, among others, and has been nominated for a Grammy three times.
Space Motion and the EXIT Festival have shared a special bond for years, given that this globally acclaimed DJ/producer and the festival both hail from Novi Sad. They have agreed to collaborate on an even grander scale in line with this bond. EXIT Soundscape record label has also entered into a partnership with the global digital distributor Paradise Worldwide. This Berlin-based company collaborates with many artists and record labels worldwide, offering services in music distribution, digital strategy, and publishing.
