Richard Barrett is one of the world’s leading experts in the field of leadership development, marketing, organizational skills, values, awareness, and cultural evolution. He is responsible for the development of the influential theory of the Universal Stages of Evolution, the concepts of personal and cultural entropy, and the creation of instruments for mapping the values of individuals, organizations, communities and nations according to the Seven Levels of Consciousness model. The Conscious Business program envisages three workshops entitled “Seven Stages of Organizational and Leadership Development”, “Building a Values-Driven Organization” and “Evolutionary Coaching for Leaders”.
The first, “Seven Stages of Organizational and Leadership Development”, is scheduled for Monday, October 12 at 6 PM, and is designed to help leaders, entrepreneurs, human resources professionals, consultants, and business students understand the development framework that is needed to create a successful organization. It will describe the seven levels of organizational development and the type of leadership needed to create a strong organization that can respond to all kinds of business challenges.
The second workshop in a row, “Building a Values-Driven Organization” is scheduled for Monday, October 19 at 6 PM, and will identify key indicators for cultural performance and how they can be measured, using the Barrett Values Center’s diagnostic toolkit.
The last workshop, “Evolutionary Coaching for Leaders”, will be held on Monday, November 2 at 6 PM and will address the approach that leaders must have in order to motivate their key employees. It will provide essential information to leaders who want to form a high-performing team and coaches who want to support their clients in achieving success in their work, helping them participate in their own evolution, the evolution of their organizations, our global society and species.
