Bojan Boki Perić, Miona Marković, Ivan Jović Ikac, Miloš Petrović Trojpec, Jelisaveta Miletić, Tam, and many others shared why EXIT is crucial to them and the profound impact this festival has made over its twenty-three-year history. Dragana Mićalović, Aleksandar Radojičić, Kristina Radenković, and other notable figures revealed the performances they’re eagerly awaiting and the company they’ll keep at this year’s EXIT.
Dragana Mićalović revealed for MyExit that she’ll be partying till dawn with The Prodigy, Eric Prydz, Skrillex, Hot Since 82, Mahmut Orhan, and Claptone, accompanied by her sisters Mirjana and Sloboda Mićalović. Bojan Boki Perić won’t miss the entire first day at the mts Dance Arena with his Survivor crew, nor the performances of The Prodigy, Cockney Rejects, and the fantastic Sajsi MC. Matea Milosavljević will seemingly not leave the electronic music temple as she says she’ll be there for Camelphat, Eric Prydz, Agents of Time, and Coeus. In contrast, Aleksandar Radojičić will be running from stage to stage to catch the performances of Keinemusik, Wu-Tang Clan, Ajs Nigrutin, and Smoke Mardeljano and tagged the entire EXIT festival as his chosen crew. Nemanja Milović is eager for Wu-Tang Clan, while Kristina Radenković loves Alesso and Dzipsii. Lena Bogdanović and Nenad Radujević are keen to hear The Prodigy, Wu-Tang Clan, and Nina Kraviz. Nino Čelebić and his festival squad will spend all days at the mts Dance Arena awaiting Eric Prydz, while Jelisaveta Orašanin will dance to the beats of Hot Since 82!
In an emotional video, many of them mentioned how vital EXIT is to them, the influence it had on society locally and beyond, the magic of the Petrovaradin Fortress setting, and their admiration for the atmosphere, energy, and love emitted by everyone in the trenches above Novi Sad during those four days. Their excitement about this year’s lineup is unique proof that one of EXIT’s best editions is indeed upon us!
Actress Miona Marković stated that the four-day festival is like a journey, while her colleague Bojan Boki Perić excitedly declared: “EXIT is the best festival in the world because it’s our festival, and we are the festival, and we are EXIT.” Rapper Ivan Jović Ikac emphasized EXIT’s importance to him personally and how he’s become one with it over the years: “EXIT is part of my life, EXIT is part of all our lives, EXIT is a phenomenon,” while DJ and hip-hop chronicler Bege Fank perfectly concluded: “Nothing compares to EXIT.”
The unique location and incredible energy are among the festival’s key symbols, leaving none of EXIT’s visitors indifferent. Model Helen Babić described the Fortress succinctly: “The entire Fortress is a spectacle,” then added: “This year, I won’t miss being there on the first, second, third, and fourth day, partying every night.” Nemanja Kostić from Blic TV, who has been coming to the festival for years, said that this weekend is always reserved for EXIT!
The Gorki List Main Stage has been highlighted as the place where the festival experience begins, with everyone ultimately ending up at the mts Dance Arena to see out EXIT with the sunrise. However, singer-songwriter Bojana Vunturišević favors the Visa Fusion stage so much that it feels like home. Rapper Sajsi MC confidently claims the best stage is Wenti Wadada Positive Vibrations Reggae, while podcaster Nenad Milosavljević’s favorite place at the Fortress is the Explosive Stage.
Activism has always been crucial to EXIT’s organization. As the festival grew, it used its influence and size to leave a mark on society and build a better world for future generations. “EXIT allows you to find yourself,” declared music critic Dragan Ambrozić, while actor Nikola Škorić added: “It carries clout in terms of societal importance.” The Fortress has always been a place where incredible friendships, crushes, loves, and lifetime connections are formed. Rapper Micka Lifa stated that EXIT is like a platform within which great friendships are created, and rapper Rođeni added simply: “We hang out, we like each other, we love each other, we support each other.” For Konstrakta, EXIT feels like home, while influencer Aleksa Todorović feels like he’s entered another world at the festival.
EXIT is the first festival experience for many and an experience they return to year after year. Young and promising singer Filip Baloš describes the festival simply as love, and rapper Rođeni could write a book about his festival experiences, adding that it’s an opportunity to feel like we’re a part of the world for a moment.
From July 6 to 9, the EXIT Universe, supported by Gorki List, will welcome the band on the world’s most in-demand tour, The Prodigy, rap gods Wu-Tang Clan, Grammy record holder Skrillex, as well as the global electronic scene’s #1 act Eric Prydz, along with Nina Kraviz, Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, Alesso, Viagra Boys, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Claptone, Keinemusik, Hot Since 82, CamelPhat, Ben Böhmer live, Agents Of Time live, Mind Against, Chase & Status, Sofi Tukker, LF System, Mahmut Orhan, Burak Yeter, Ignite, Wolfbrigade, Midnight, Cockney Rejects, Exciter, Massacre, The Toasters, Dry Cleaning, Rudeboy, and many others.
