In 2009, Moby played his biggest hit, “Go,” on the Main Stage. Fast forward to 2014, Damon Albarn, the frontman of Blur and the musical genius behind the virtual band Gorillaz, took the Main Stage with the famous lines of  Clint Eastwood. That same year, the fortress was taken over by the powerful voice of American pop diva and disco queen Gloria Gaynor with her anthem I Will Survive. One of the cult moments in EXIT’s history was the performance from Faithless, one of the greatest electronic bands of all time, with their song We Come One,as well as the thunderous riffs of Ace of Spadesby UK heavy metal legends Motörhead. The summer of love at EXIT 2017 was marked by an acoustic rendition of Oasis’s Wonderwalldelivered by its founder and frontman Liam Gallagher, while last year saw a reunion with the most influential electro-punk band of all time, The Prodigy, and their iconic No Good.Among the most significant performances were also the soulful ballad Read All About It by R&B and soul diva Emeli Sandé and the global hit Bad and Boujeeby one of the world’s most influential trap groups, Migos. A quick jump back a decade reminds us of the legendary band Hurts and their emotional performance of Wonderful Life.

The history-making continues in less than two weeks. For the first time, the fortress will thunder with the iconic riffs of Killing In the Name, “Bulls On Parade,” and “Guerilla Radio” brought by none other than the driving force of Rage Against the Machine and one of the world’s most innovative guitar players – Tom Morello. The crowd will also be set alight by the biggest hits of pop-rap icons The Black Eyed Peas, including Pump It,“Let’s Get it Started,” and “Boom Boom Pow.”

Guitars and drums will roar from the Main Stage at Petrovaradin Fortress as young Baby Lasagna takes over with the globally beloved track “Rim Tim Tagi Dim.” John Newman will captivate with Love Me Again,” Kenya Grace with Strangers, and Ofenbach with Overdrive. The fantastic Rudimental will bring their hit “Alibi,” and the young Ian Asher will have the crowd buzzing with the viral sensation  “Makeba,” among other megahits from the world’s leading music stars!
