Blekbox are a newlyformed band from Belgrade, who will definitely change and refresh the Rock scene of this region, and beyond. The band started as a project by well-known local musicians: Nenad Bojković (Bloodbath, 357, Rapidforce) on guitar and vocals and Aleksandar Petrović – Alek (Bloodbath, Eyesburn). They started experimenting, and recorded a song based on the influence and the roots of the music of their youth.

In the beginning of 2011, Dragomir Mića Živković (357) joins them, attracted by similar interests; they start recording an album in May of same year. They recorded 13 songs, led by the idea of presenting their unique musical expression. Slobodan Vasić – Mali (Rambo Amadeus, Balkanika, Bebi Dol), joins the band in January 2012, playing the bass guitar. In a stylistically interesting manner, with the complexity of musical expression, but without sounding pretentious, the members of this band put their different tastes in music into a cohesion, which stands out from the usual rock clichés, not only because of its uniqueness, but also because of the great virtuosity.
